Q: How do i book an event?

A: Browse event services and complete a reservation form to start the booking process. If you do not see the services you are looking for, you may request a custom quote through the same reservation page.


Q: is there a booking deadline?

A: To provide the best experience and exceed your expectations, you are encouraged to book 3 weeks to 6 months in advance from your event date. Any event inquired in less than 3 weeks requires payment in full to be booked.


Q: do you travel?

A: Domestic travel throughout the United States is available for all full service events. Travel accommodations are the responsibility of the client. Event must meet a required minimum booking fee to be accepted for travel. International travel available upon request.


Q: do you offer classes?

A: Absolutely, a quarterly hands-on balloon workshop is held to teach beginner balloon skills. This same course is offered year round as a one-on-one in-home workshop for those who cannot attend the group workshops. We also offer mentorship opportunities and graphic design courses.

Q: how do i get in contact with you?

A: Email is the primary form of contact and takes precedence over any contact method. Phone consultations must be scheduled in advance via email. In-person consultations must be scheduled upon booking a full-service event and submitting retainer payment. Email response time is up to 72 business hours. On weekends, we are out creating memorable events for clients just like you and will not have access to email. Emails sent over the weekend will receive a response on the following week.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND AMOUNT TO BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH YOU?

A: Yes, for all full service events, there is a minimum investment for events which is determined based on your guest count and event type. CreatiVisuals current minimum social event budget requirement is $8,000 in addition to service fees. Wedding design services for ceremonies and receptions start at $20,000 minimum investment. A la carte services such as balloons or draping require a minimum to travel to your event. If you have a question about pricing, please send us an inquiry.
