We would love to party with you! Let's secure the best date to hold your event. We accept up to 2 full-service events in one day. If the date is unavailable, we are fully booked. Please send an email with the date and time you are requesting and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Setup Times: Please note that full-service events require a minimum of 4 hours for setup, if you are booking a venue please request setup for 4 hours prior to your event start time. A minimum of 1 hour is required for breakdown. For a la carte services a minimum of 2 hours is required.
Booking Window: We encourage you to plan your social events within 3 weeks to 6 months out and wedding services 10 months to a year out. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, please be prepared to plan & submit payment in FULL at time of booking, including any rush fees.

WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT:
Response to initial inquiry: Up to 72 business hours not including weekends.
After inquiry communication:
(1) Receive invoice, proposal and contract
(2) Submit your non-refundable retainer and schedule payment plan
(3) Schedule an in person consultation & site visit at the venue
(4) You rest, we design and plan
(5) Event Day!
No calendar dates are held nor consultations given without non-refundable retainers paid. Proposals expire within 72 hours.
Plan ahead!! Booking 3 weeks-6 months out is the best practice for well-executed events.
